Brand smoke alarms in all but bathrooms. New outlets, switches and plates throughout the home. Water is from one of the deepest wells in Monterey County, good stuff. 8x8x8 storage shed on concrete, with power, 110 and 220. The home is located on a private country road with very little traffic noise. AT&T DSL is available at speeds up to 8 mbps, Waste management provides garbage and recycling (although cans need to be take to the end of the road, truck required for that). Direct TV or Dish Network are options for TV service. First, last and security due on signing. A complete application is necessary, including credit, background and employment histories for anyone 18+.
