This is a beautiful room facing the garden. Golden Gate Park, Botanical Garden, Japanese Tea Garden, De Young Museum and San Francisco Academy of Sciences are down the street. Post office, banks, affordable restaurants, public transportation and markets are a few blocks away. USCF is around the corner. --Our block is extremely safe since it is patrolled by the UCSF police 24/7. --The bedroom is elegantly furnished w/ a queen size bed, rug, dresser, couch, desk --There is a small porch that faces the garden.It's very peaceful. --You have full access to kitchen and laundry. -- The shower room and toilet room are separate. Utilities are not included This will be a year long lease with the option to terminate early. I would prefer if you stayed for 6 months, if you need a shorter stay please let me know. Water, PG&E, Internet and garbage are not included. There is no smoking allowed. Street parking is easy in this neighborhood.
