AMAZING LOCATION: Conveniently located at California at Hyde, on the California cable-car line, you will enjoy easy access to downtown San Francisco. Easy walk to Polk Street action, Union Sq. and Russian Hill. Step out of the door and jump onto the cable car and ride or walk to the Financial District, the Embarcadero, China Town or North Beach. The immediate neighborhood offers a great variety of dining, general and convenience shopping. Trader Joes is directly over the road and Whole Foods is three blocks away. Souvenir coffee at the end of the block (hands-down the best coffee in the city - bold statement, I know, but true). A note on parking as the Zillow listing is a little vague, if not deceiving: There is no onsite parking provided. Recent tenants have parked at a private parking facility nearby. There are several options within a 2-3 block radius. Expect to pay in $250-$300/mo range. Other than that, your choices are street parking. California Street is metered. The adjacent streets are resident permitted parking of which you would qualify for two cars - visitor permits are also available from the city (2hrs without permit).
