Guest Agreement Required All guests staying at the home are required to review and sign our guest and house rules agreement within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Pool & Outdoor Areas Guests use the pool and all outdoor amenities at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool area. Please ensure the pool safety gate remains closed when not in use. Property Damage Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Please report any issues or damages promptly so they can be addressed appropriately. Outdoor Equipment The BBQ, smoker, fire pit, and outdoor amenities should be used responsibly and attended at all times while in use. Please fully turn off propane appliances after use. Home Gym Use Exercise equipment is provided as a courtesy for guests. Use of the home gym and equipment is at your own risk.
