This land has been in the family since the late 1800s. It was part of a large orange grove/nursery, and until recently had a ship building/repair shop and a two story orange packing house - a favorite photography subject. It also used to include rental 'cottages' (one was a school bus!) and served as the home base for family members who worked as beacon tenders on the St. Johns River, and who also ran the Drayton Island Ferry for decades.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
