I'm looking for someone to sublease my one bedroom & one bathroom (SUPER pet friendly) apartment! The apartments are near the police station/fire station, a gas station, and the highway! Even with the highway only a mile away, there's minimal noise due to how far the apartment sits off of the main road, as well as the thick building! The outer door has a security lock and buzzer system, and the mail is inside of the building! It's on the third floor & has a nice balcony! There's 12 foot ceilings, a fireplace, in-home laundry, and a super spacious living area with 849 square feet! Did I mention there's a pool, a 24-hour fitness center with a sauna, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, outdoor bonfire pit and grill? AND, if you have a dog(s), there's a fenced in dog area with multiple dog stations around the complex containing a trash and free doggy-bags! The complex allows two (2) pets total, either cats or dogs! There is an option to rent a garage (pending availability)! Bonus: if you sublease, you don't have to pay the deposit!! AND, if you sublease before 01/01/2025, I will pay half of the first month's rent!! Base rent is $1217 a month. The complex does trash, water & sewer, which are approximately $20 each. Electricity is through Consumers! If you have pets, it is $35 a month (per pet)! WiFi is not included, but AT&T covers the apartment for pretty cheap (depending on your plan)! Complex covers maintenance. Parking is super easy and near the building. My lease ends December 5th, 2025! My security deposit transfers over to you once lease is signed!
