First of all, some of the condos in this community don't include a golf membership. And this is the reason for the difference in pricing on some of the units that have sold. Also, being on the 4th. floor, which is the top floor, raises the value of the condo. When we purchased the unit it was important for the best view and no noise from the mowers or air conditioning units running throughout the day and night.
