The AC and washer/drier were replaced five years ago and are very reliable. The carpeting in the bedrooms was all replaced with new marble look, porcelain tile in 2024. This is a great feature for anyone suffering from allergies. The lanai is oversized and looks out over a quiet preserve, pond, and lighted fountain. The community pool is one of the largest in the area and was upgraded with clay pavers. The condo buildings got all new roofs in 2020 and look beautiful. The condo is a short 10 minute drive to the beach at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park or Barefoot Beach. Also, multiple restaurants and shops are nearby. Owners pay for water and basic internet. However, renters are responsible for electricity and any streaming services. Renters are responsible for any repair under $100. There is absolutely no smoking in the condo or out on the lanai. Pets are not allowed. The condo is available from April 25, 2026, until November 1, 2026 only. Owners occupy the condo after November 1, 2026, so the condo is not available for rent after that date.
