Gated community with golf course, 3 pools, gym, tennis courts, pickleball, and more. Walking distance to a Starbucks, Safeway, post-office and restaurants, and short drive to many wilderness hikes. BART is 10 minute drive. Lease term is negotiable, but ideally 4-6months. Start date is also negotiable. Would prefer to rent furnished. The HOA must approve the tenant. This requires proof of age and credit score. They also charge a one-time application processing fee, and a monthly fee of $125/month (paid directly to the HOA) to use the shared amenities. Tenant pays for gas and electric, all of the others utilities included. Be aware that there are coyotes and other wild animals in the area. My neighbors have lost pets, so not really suitable for indoor/outdoor. (Plus carpet is a light beige.)
