DEDICATED PACKAGE RECEIVING ROOM. Delivery companies, whether FedEx, UPS, USPS, whoever, can ring your doorbell, which calls your unit video/audio monitor and cell phone, and if you're not home, you can tell them to drop off your package in the dedicated package receiving room just a handful of feet from the entrances.
