The beach is a 10-minute drive away (no traffic) and a nice walk if you choose. Walk to CVS, Target, Ralphs, Hulu, HBO and lots of restaurants and Bars. Great public transportations system to UCLA, USC, SMC, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and downtown LA. Free WiFi and Landry. The location just can't be beaten. Walking distance to Smart &Final, Ralph's (grocery), Target (department store), CVS (drug store), and lots of beauty salons, sports bars, and fine dining. I love this space and my neighbors are wonderful but do work during the week, so please exercise your common courtesy. You have full access to the entire apartment (private bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and front and back patios). You are welcome to use the 55-inch flat TV, PS4 and Wii games, Piano, and weights for workout. The kitchen is spacious with the full set of appliances: ovens, cooktops, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave oven, pots and pans, silverware are all free to use! Two beds are available, a Queen-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. An elliptical machine is available for your use in the back patio -- although I've found it much nicer to run straight down Broadway Street to the beach and Santa Monica Pier (about 2.5 miles). Internet. I couldn't imagine leaving you without internet access. You will find access information inside the apartment for free high-speed wi-fi. Dining area. Seats four people. Plates, bowls, and cookware are available for your needs. A fire distinguisher is on the kitchen top. Workspace. There are two working areas in the bedroom and living room. You get a full-size desk a leather chair in the living room and a standing table and an ergonomic work chair in the bedroom. One LCD monitor is available if you need an extra display for your laptop. Bathroom. Shower. Tub. Bath. Shower gel. Shampoo/conditioner. Blow dryer. Towels. You're set. Bedroom. Binder curtains (full blackout of sunlight. Be careful you don't sleep in past noon unless you want to!). Comfortable firm Queen-size bed. You will sleep like a baby. Closet. You will have access to two entire closets one in the bedroom and one in the living room. You can put your suitcases and other belongings under the bed frame just in case you need extra storage space. Free washer and dryer are available in a shared laundry room in the building. A rare benefit for Airbnb guests. There should be a big bottle of laundry detergent marked "#3" for you to use. I'm happy to say the entire apartment is yours for the duration of lease! Owner pay for electricity, internet, laundry, water and trash.
