Access to the unit is up the side via concrete steps. A storm door is the first thing you'd see before entering the unit. It provides protected from the bugs but also allows air flow when the door is open. When you enter the unit, the living room is a comfortable sized living space with french doors that open to a shared sunny patio. Galley Style Kitchen includes an updated fridge, 5 burner gas range/oven, small dishwasher, lots of storage with pull-out drawers, and eat in counter area. (Please note: pictures do not show updated fridge, range and dishwasher. They were upgraded after the pictures were taken). The bathroom is located downstairs and is spacious with a pedestal sink, updated toilet and tub. As you leave the bathroom there is a small cubby under the stairs that provides additional storage. Upstairs is the loft where wall-to-wall storage/closet is provided. For sleeping, a double bed or futon can be used as a bed. Outside, the courtyard is shared with plenty of space for a container garden if you are interested in have a vegetable garden. Parking for 1 car is provided with additional parking off-site. For a heating source there is a gas wall unit and a ceiling fan to help with circulating air flow. Laundry is not provided at this time. My husband and I are looking for a quiet renter. Possibility for 1 pet - 1 cat and/or 1 small dog (maximum weight 25lbs). $2000/month (extra $25-50 depending on Pet size), $1800 security deposit (plus additional $500 deposit per pet, if necessary).
