You have a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and large frig that dispenses filtered water and ice (crushed or cubed.) Granite counter tops. Full size Gas stove and built in microwave. There is a wood dining table with 4 chairs for more formal dining and working on your computer. Open concept, so you can be in the kitchen and still be connected to people on the bar stools, dining table, and sofas in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Just bring the food! Living area has big Smart TV w/DVD player, black leather sofa, 2 leather chairs, coffee table and end tables. Bathroom has tub and shower, vanity with sink and large closet. All the closets are empty. The entire apartment was freshly painted in soft colors. Master bedroom has queen size bed, closet, 2 night stands and a dresser. The bedroom is hooked up for cable if you want to put a TV on the dresser. The other bedroom has 5 windows and is set up as an office/bedroom with tropical plants. It has a desk, office chair, and futon that can be used for sitting or sleeping. If you don't want the futon, then we have a single bed and/or a toddler bed that can be put into the room. It looks like a sun room--very bright and cheerful. There is plenty of room. There is a deck and backyard. Yard has been completely landscaped and is very beautiful. This is the bottom unit of a 2 unit Victorian house/building. This part of the inner sunset is very safe and close to everything. It is only 1 block from the Muni stop. You can take the train downtown to Union Square, financial district, ball park, or the other direction and be at Ocean beach in 2.5 miles. Great place if you are a runner. We are only 2 blocks from GGPark. Easy walk to DeYoung Museum, Japanese Gardens, Botanical Gardens, playground, carousel, etc. Plus, the gym at UCSF has a big pool and exercise facility. Great yoga studios nearby. Lots of great restaurants, sushi, coffee shops, stores, markets and supermarkets within a couple of blocks. Non-smoking unit and bldg. Deposit required. Plenty of street parking available. The N-Judah Muni stop is only a block away. It is very easy to get downtown within 25+ minutes. Or you can go the other way and be at Ocean Beach and ocean within minutes. This building scored an 88 out of 100 on walkscore.
