I lived in this house from 1959-1961. It was shack then and doesn't look much better now. Looks like the put in about $75,000 worth of remodel inside but not much outside. Nothing much on the outside. My parents paid about $67/month rent back then and even that was hard on them. I just can't believe someone would pay over $650,000 for that pile of junk. You ought to see under it, I have. Should have been torn down decades and decades ago. Man, I hated that house. Glad we moved. A long time ago. No wonder L.A. is covered up in homeless people. Rediculous housing prices.
