The complex is within close proximity to Microsoft, so applicants working with Microsoft would find this location very convenient and would be very much appreciated. The current rent amount posted is his share of the rent billing due to his master bedroom but does not include water, gas, utilities, and internet which is to be shared by both renters of the apartment. No smoking is preferred, but although it is not a deal-breaker, the apartment community does not allow smoking inside or 20 feet away from doors and windows.
