Proof of income (45X rent) required, and applicant must submit recent pay stubs (3 months), 2022 W-2, 2021/2022 tax returns and recent bank statements (3 months). Applicant must submit proof of on-time rent payment going back one year. First month and security deposit must be paid in full prior to move in. Floor plan attached is approximate. The unit has it's own gas heating system and thermostat and tenant will pay for heat/hot water and electricity. Landlord responsible for water. One pet (cat or dog under 25lbs) with landlord approval.
