FYI, one of the bedrooms does not have a closet - it might therefore be more suitable for use as an office or as a small kid's room. The stainless-steel fridge and stove are all new. The apartment currently has washer/dryer hook ups. For an additional $75 per month, I would consider providing the machines. The apartment has ONE allocated parking space. The heat is provided by a natural gas forced air furnace and the unit is amazingly inexpensive to heat with gas bills for heat and hot water as low as $700 per year. Sorry, we do not allow pet dogs.
