Property Use Expectations This is a quiet, owner-occupied residential property with shared outdoor areas and close proximity between the main house and studio. Tenants are expected to use the property respectfully and in a manner considerate of neighbors and other occupants. The following are not permitted without prior permission from the owner: Parties, events, or large gatherings Outdoor amplified music or speaker use Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property Excessive guest traffic Occasional overnight guests are permitted for short stays only and may not establish residency. Extended or recurring overnight stays require prior discussion with the owner. Quiet hours for outdoor/shared areas are from 9pm to 8am. Flexible Leases.
