- Modern, Fun Design - Hardwood Floors - Central Air / Heating - Sun-Soaked Bedroom - Friendly, safe neighborhood 146 Linden Blvd is a great place to live. The entire apartment is extremely space efficient but also has a really modern design. The building has on-site laundry, a downstairs lounge (Great for remote work) and two rooftop lounges for relaxing with friends. The kitchen has a full electric stove and oven, tons of storage, a full fridge and dishwasher. The living space fits a full sofa (that turns into a Queen size bed for guests) a coffee table and my TV stand. The bedroom is really special! It has exceptional light and the trees in front of the building are always in view, they really help provide that needed 'green space' feel. I have two KALLAX shelving units a dresser and a wardrobe in addition to a Queen size bed and there's still plenty of space. It's huge. I am moving internationally which is why this apartment is on a short lease, which expires at the end of July. The landlord would have no problem turning the lease over. First and Deposit + proof of income is all that is required.
