Family room with built-in bookshelves and gas fireplace. This 100-year-old house is a great combination of old world charm and modern updates. Detached garage and fenced in yard. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs and bus lines (see photos of shops within two blocks of home). Just a mile from the zoo. Comments from previous tenants: "We relocated from Texas and were so happy to find this home in such a fun neighborhood. We spent two great years here and made lots of friends. It was a pleasure to rent from Christine and Patrick. When the occasional minor problem arose, they responded quickly to remedy it. Like Christine, I had a toddler and she had some helpful advice to meet other moms and they always remembered our son at Christmas. Highly recommend Bluebird Ice Cream up the block!
