Dear Santa...all I want for Christmas is a stunning 1930's Tudor Style Cottage that has been lovingly and extensively renovated inside and out to be warm and inviting from the moment you pull up to the curb. I would really love to see original hardwood floors, an amazing fireplace with a live edge mantle, a spectacular new bathroom with a long soaking tub and an equally amazing kitchen that's light, bright & roomy with new SS Appliances & a huge farmhouse sink. How about some adorable built-ins, glass knobs and surprises at every turn? If it's not too much to ask for I would appreciate all new electrical (panel, wiring, outlets, switches, lighting), new HVAC system, new water heater & dual pane windows. I also think I'll need expansive concrete patios that lead to a custom landscaped yard with a fire pit and redwood bench seating for social gatherings. I suppose we should throw in a newly roofed 2 car detached garage with alley access & new stucco on house & garage for my hubby.
