    This house was renovated in 2023 so almost everything is brand new. The house has been furnished with brand new furniture throughout and is well appointed with everything you would need to live very comfortably. We are looking for someone who will live there and take very good care of the house. It has 2 bedrooms (one with a California king sized bed, built in closets, and a beautiful ensuite with a walk in shower and frameless glass shower door) and the other with a custom built in wooden bunk bed with a queen sized bed on top and a queen sized bed on the bottom (each with their own charging station and reading light built in) and a built in closet system. The second bathroom has a walk in shower and double sinks. The kitchen has been built with the highest quality materials, stone countertop, brand new stainless steel appliances and full pantry. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer as well as a living room with sliding glass doors opening up onto the front patio. The front patio has some greenery and artificial turf for easy maintenance and a concrete patio for hanging out with two custom built in benches and lounge furniture. There are three large smart tvs, dimmable lighting throughout, blackout shades in the bedrooms and an automatic shade in the living room. This house is a block and a half to the Bay and two blocks to the main beach. It is also 1/2 a block from 2nd street where you can find all the restaurants and shops you are looking for including public transportation. There is street parking only but it is free and unlimited out front minus street sweeping for 2 hours on Thursdays on one side of the street and 2 hours on Fridays on the other side of the street. It is our dream house and we poured our hearts and souls into it. If you are interested in viewing it please let me know! Serious renters only. No parties. No pets. We are looking for someone who will look after it and love it. Owner pays utilities, yard care, renter pays cable, internet and internet. Looking for a one year lease with a responsible renter.
