Evictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration factors such as the date, circumstances, and any explanation provided by the applicant. Utilities: The renter shall be solely responsible for the payment of all utilities associated with the premises, including but not limited to electricity, water, sewer, trash, and any other applicable services. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises at all times. Tenants and tenant guests are not allowed to smoke inside the property or in the garage. Exterior smoking permitted except when windows are open, or if it is a nuisance to neighbors. No Pets Policy: Pets are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances. Water-Filled Furniture: If applicable, tenants must provide proof of insurance for any water-filled furniture prior to move-in.
