The condo is only 15 minutes to the beach yet located in an area that is secluded, quiet and surrounded by nature with a nice forest/nature view off of the balcony. The location of the condo is in a quiet, low traffic area and offers peace from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. There are 2 seasonal pools available for your use up the street from the unit. The Condo has everything you need to be your temporary home. This condo is fully furnished, including dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. and linens if needed. Rental terms of 1+ months available. Max occupants is 4, including infants and children. If rental term is for less than 3 months, the monthly rental amount will be increased by 12% to include the legally required accommodation taxes. Utilities included in the rental amount are: Internet, basic cable TV, water, and trash. You will be responsible for payment of any electric above what is average for the property. No pets allowed. We may consider one (1) small, non-shedding dog with a non-refundable pet deposit of $300, and pet fee paid each month of $35.00. No cats will be considered. No smoking of any kind (including vaping) inside the condo or on the balcony. Parking is in a parking lot in front of the condo with a max of 2 cars. If interested in renting the condo, an application through Zillow that includes a credit report must be submitted before we can show the condo.
