Goggle street photo on Zillow is incorrect. It is the next house south. I can't seem to correct it so just drive by. I have owned and lived in the house since 1978. New curtains and rods. Well maintained furnace - +1000 spent. Central air works well. Very good siding on house and garage. Newer water heater. Solid treated deck with overhead sun screen. Solid windows. Replaced patio door and picture window. Both house doors are newer as well as garage walk-in door and overhead door. Newer garage door opener. Yard is fenced with chain link fence. Most facets are newer. Attic has bat insulation with blown-in on top. New street in front with new storm sewer adds to the property. Call me to see house.
