Large private room available for rent immediately. The room is furnished with a queen bed and bedside tables with ample closet space. The bathroom is a shared bathroom with my other tenant, a software engineer from India. Shared spaces include a den upstairs, living room and kitchen. The neighborhood is very nice and the house is brand new. I am located next to a school and there is a very walkable park near me that is active and well maintained. Lots of restaurants in the area and close to many tech companies. No pets, no smoking inside. Looking for a respectful and professional tenant who is clean and kind. Parking is available on the street. The area is safe and quiet, no crime.
