We’ve owned this property since 1963 and this is the last lot with the best location out of 4 lakeside lots total. Adams Lake State Park is the only state park in Adams County. Everyone in our county loves the park and come often to bring their families to enjoy the many amenities. My log home is directly across from the boat ramp, playground, frisbee golf course hole # 1, basketball court, walking trails and the spillway. I installed emergency propane heating unit, a water shutoff valve in the laundry room, a valve under the sink to turn the water on and off for the garden hose that not only keeps you from having to go outside and crank the spicket to turn the water on/off but another valve to turn on the hot water if needed for your garden hose.
