New patio furniture with outdoor shades to reduce sun exposure for comfort. The garage can comfortably fit one vehicle and a golf cart. The golf cart will be provided. Take advantage of the community's recreation centers as well including clubs to meet every interest, pools, pickle ball, and of course lots of golfing!
