I will prorate the first month if they don't move in on the first. But I only rent by the month, so if you move out on the middle of the month, you still owe for the rest of the month. I require a deposit upfront, which shall be returned if all is in order. I will retain $100 at the end of the period to pay for cleanup fees. if you intend to stay longer than six months, I would like you to have renters insurance. That can be discussed later. I love pets just like the next person, but I don't want pets in this house please. It's a small house, so one or two persons only. please leave the house the way you found it.
