Located near the intersection of Farmington and Murray in Beaverton, Icon apartments is located in a central location for anyone living on the west side of the Portland metro. The Nike World Headquarters is 2 miles to our north, the Aloha Intel campus is 3 miles to our west, and downtown Beaverton is only 1.5 miles to our east. The nearest MAX light rail station is only one mile away while the Beaverton Transit Center is fewer than two miles away. We are also serviced by the 52 and 62 bus lines. Icon is pet friendly! There are no breed restrictions, but there is a 25 pound weight limit on pets. Our staff is always on-site Monday-Friday. All new leases are on a 12 month lease. 1br/2br will pay a flat $75/$100 for water and garbage. Electricity is paid separately.
