Ok, that said, this beautiful townhome just became available in our small building, which is a tight-knit community, and that is the best part about living here! The first floor contains the kitchen, dining and living area, along with a 1/2 bath. Upstairs are 2 full bedrooms complete with a full bath in each. There is also second staircase leading up to a 3rd floor landing with a washer and dryer and the door to your own, private rooftop deck that comes with a built-in grill. There is a shared subterranean garage with 2 tandem parking spots. We also have a heated pool as well as a community rec room, and we also engage in some really fun community activities as a building, sometimes with live music and all. Pets are welcome along with a pet deposit - the only caveat is that we must meet any potential pups as we can't have any aggressive ones due to other pups and children in the building. Lastly, we are part of the Kester school district for those of you with little ones! My husband and I have lived here for 14 years and we love it. Please contact me for a viewing and thank you!
