The parking is well assigned/organized, and large enough for everyone. We have wonderful neighbors. They are very kind and they are very well aware of the situation with our rental. There have never been any type of inconveniences. Everyone lives very peaceful and very respectful. ALL UTILITY EXPENSES ARE COVERED IN THE RENT AMOUNT AS WELL AS THE POOL MAINTENANCE AND FRONT LANDSCAPING OF THE PROPERTY. Only one month of security deposit required to lease the unit. Tenant will be responsible for keeping the property clean and in good condition. Tenant will also be responsible to return the property as it was given. Lease will be required to be signed for at least one year long. Background check and employment needed prior to signing leasing agreement.
