It is a very quiet neighborhood. all the neighbors are nice and get along. There is a good mix of some families and some older couples. It is close to the beach so we have a lot of boaters and kayakers, bicycle riders, and rollerbladers. It is seculed enough away from traffic and noise, but the neighborhood is easily accessible to the coast and beaches as well as St Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa/Orlando. It is a great place to live and relax.
