The living room, dining room, sunroom, and any other common areas on the main floor shall not be painted, altered, or refinished without the Landlord's prior written consent. Any unauthorized alterations to protected historic features, woodwork, wallpaper, or restricted rooms shall be considered damage to the Premises, and Tenant shall be responsible for all costs associated with restoration to the original condition.
