4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, house with 2 car garage on private lake in Arvada/Golden area. Currently looking for one renter in addition to myself to split the house with 2 ways. However, the house is easily large enough for 3 people with the right fit. Beautiful views from the backyard overlooking Hyatt Lake with views of the Boulder Flatirons and Longs Peak from the back patio. There is even a bald eagle pair that regularly flies around the lake that you can watch from the living room! You have to see this place to believe that it's real! 3 of the bedrooms are upstairs with one downstairs with a pool table, bar, and second living room area. I am currently renting the upstairs master room, so an additional renter would likely take the downstairs all to themselves or have the option to choose one of the remaining upstairs rooms. There is a small hot tub on the back patio, and several paddle boards available to take out on the lake that is only a few feet from the backyard. The lake has several sand beaches as well as a sand volleyball court available to use. Shared spaces include the kitchen that is upstairs, the upstairs and downstairs living room/entertainment areas, and a bike/storage room downstairs. 2 of the rooms are available to move into immediately, but my current roommate will be moving out on July 13th, and that room will be available at that time. There were no issues with the previous roommate, and I would be happy to introduce a prospective renter to him to get his opinion on the place! Looking for long-term roommate but potential for flexibility on the year long lease.
