This home has been converted with many handicap / aging / universal design features. We have added a ceiling tract lift system that transports my disabled spouse from bed to commode to shower and back again. We did knock down a wall to do this but a wall could be re added to re-convert to a 3 bedroom home. We Recently added hard wood flooring in main living areas. Bedrooms are carped. Added a sidewalk down mid yard to main sidewalk. Widenened driveway & added a larger front patio with a white picket fence .widened some doors in home to accomodate electric wheelchair - accessible shower .entire kitchen remodeled approx 7 years ago adding a lot of lower storage
