Wi-Fi and all utilities are included, making monthly expenses simple and predictable. No smoking allowed in the building. Lease will last 1 year. Parking will be either in the driveway or on the street. Please respect shared spaces and clean up after yourself. Note that pets are not allowed but we can make an exception if the pet is short haired, well trained, and not large. An additional non-refundable pet deposit will be required.
