Upon entry there is a stairway to the second floor and all rooms are on the second floor. It is a new home in great condition. Come take a look. Neighborhood Description I don't know anything about the schools, I don't have kids yet. As for our neighbors, they are all very nice. There is a great mix of singles, married couples, families, and older neighbors. You'll fit in no matter who you are. We have some privacy even though our houses are connected, we never hear our neighbors.
