Clean ready to move in condominium. Great size for one person, tight fit for two. I have lived at this property for 20+ years. The location is nice as it is in the middle of the valley. Both I-15 and I-215 are quite close so getting around the valley is pretty quick. I have never had an issue with neighbors or noise. This unit is quite insulated, so the AC was needed very little which saves a lot of money on utilities. The HOA does a nice job with the upkeep of the outside, pools, and clubhouse. The attached garage and small (stackable) laundry set this unit apart from many apartments available in the area. No smoking, no pets. Owner pays HOA fees (trash, water, sewer, landscape care, snow removal, cable tv). Tenant responsible for gas and electric.
