Room is decent size and has a closet. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Unit 3 is on the third floor. No overnight guests, pets, smoking or vaping allowed. Private bedroom. Overnight guests are limited to a max of 2 nights per week. Utilities included and internet included. Looking for someone quiet and clean. No pets and no smoking. Laundry available on site. Looking for decent credit, no criminal record, security despot (also 800). Don't ask me if it's available. If you're interested just tell me when you want to see it or if you have any questions. I'm flexible on leases. My preference is first lease will likely be 3 months and we can decide if this is a good fit after the first month to renew for another 3 months or a longer term lease.
