There is a shared balcony outside every room with a table, chairs and an ashtray. Free off-street parking included. Cable and Wi-Fi included as well. Most rooms have updated kitchenettes with new cabinets and countertops. Motel rooms for rent starting September 2025 until May 15, 2026. Located at Hampton Beach. All utilities included along with cable as well.
