The Cottage has a beautiful seasonal view of the Newport Bridge and is surrounded by open space. The renowned architecturally-designed interior has lovely proportions. The first floor includes the Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room and Laundry. The Cottage can be leased on an annual basis unfurnished. We will also consider a shorter term. This house is so cute we want to use it ourselves!
