Prefer no pets, but can accommodate small pets (that don't bother the neighbors) for and additional fee ($35/mo). Tenant pays electric, owner pays gas, water, sewer and trash. Most of the heat is provided by gas boiler via radiators (so paid for by owner). Owner also provides free Wifi. (Included items probably cost more than $200/mo, so keep that in mind when comparing to other rentals that do not include utilities and Wifi).
