The building DOES NOT have an elevator. We have just finished remodeling this apartment with new carpeting, freshly painted walls and kitchen cabinets. The living room has a ceiling fan and lots of natural light, and you may have up to 3 window A/C units in the apartment with no additional fees. This apartment has an independent forced air heating system with its own thermostat. The kitchen features a faux wood laminate floor and deep red cabinets. Rent includes electric, gas (heat), water, sewage, and garbage.Tenant must provide own refrigerator and stove - we can recommend a local gentleman to help you move these items up the two flights of stairs. He is a longtime family friend and very hard worker!No Smoking inside, NO PETS, no exceptions (other than a goldfish).Application fee is a non-refundable $35/adult as we WILL perform a credit and background check. This fee will be applied towards the first month's rent. Rental rates & options:1) If you sign a one-year lease, the rate is $580/month. Initial payment would be a security deposit of $580, plus first AND last month's rent. No exceptions. We do not do payment plans. If you're planning to move, this cost should be considered in your preparations. 2) If you sign a six to eleven-month lease, the rate is $650/month. Your security deposit would be $650. First and last months' rent required up front.3) If you would like to have a monthly lease, the rate is $700/month.
