The kitchen has plenty of counter and storage space. The bedroom fits a queen-size bed and has a large closet. There is another smaller room, perfect as an office. From the office there is a door to the terrace. The location couldn't be better. The Q/B and the 2/3 subways are very convenient, as is everything you need: shopping, gyms, yoga and Pilates studios, countless restaurants, Prospect Park, BAM, BBG, Barclays, Saturday farmers market and everything to LOVE about Brooklyn! BTW - the photos are a few years old. It is nicer now ;) The floors are now pale natural wood. There are no radiators and there are no bars on the windows now. NO smoking. No cats. Maybe a dog, a good dog on approval, not two or more dogs. Hot water and cooking gas is included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for their electricity usage and cable/internet. The heat and air conditioning are electric. You control your thermostat and have an account with ConEd.
