I'll put all of my stuff in storage by March 1, so you'll have the entire place to yourself. It'll be empty, squeaky clean and ready to move-in. The place is really cool. The neighbors are great. Trash, water, gas, electricity are all included in monthly rent. Apartment is cable-ready.
