Any rent that is not paid in full with the late fee by the last day of any month, will be deemed as unpaid rent. Any unpaid rent will be subject to an eviction. UTILITIES: Tenant is responsible for all utilities except water. INSPECTION POLICY: An inspection will be done every 6 months to ensure lease compliance. Any violations found will be given a procurement period of 10 days and must be re-inspected. If all violations are not fixed by the day of inspection, your tenancy will be subject to eviction.
