There is so much to love about my house and The Haven neighborhood. For starters, the neighborhood has lots of well kept green space, parks for the kids and, of course, the swimming pool in the summer. The pool is great because it is a full size pool plus a baby pool and locker rooms. The pool is the perfect for picnics or just a short swim. Then there are the people in the neighborhood. This neighborhood is full of people who are proud of where they live and are very friendly. They take care of their property and look out for others. If you need something, you can always find someone to help. You can't forget the school district. The Haven is lucky enough to be a part of Adams 5 Star schools and I have had such good luck with the district. They have a great reputation and have lived up to it with respect to both of my children. In terms of my house, I would not be moving if my life wasn't taking me out of state. I have a very spacious house with a great open floor plan. I have added many upgrades such as hardwood and tile floors, granite counters/backsplash, tiled plant area, upgraded slider door in the nook, just to name a few. I love spending time in my backyard. I had it professionally designed, with my own touches added, and it is a very peaceful place to spend the evening. The neighborhood is quiet in the evenings but there are definitely kids around and friends to be made. I could go on and on so suffice to say that I am very proud of my house and the neighborhood in which I live. I think anyone would be lucky and proud to be a part of The Haven community.
