    We're looking to rent our 3 bedroom, 1 bath in a good neighborhood (Washington Manor) in a quiet cul-de-sac. Updated kitchen and bath with engineered hardwood floors. Includes stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Furnished home not included. Single level home with front and back yard, long driveway but no garage. Walking distance to Corvallis Elementary School and the San Leandro Aquatic center. Close to Bayfair Bart station. House will be available for move-in mid to late October. We'll be available to show the house starting September 23. Terms: Monthly Rent: $ (1-year lease) Security Deposit: $ Utilities are shared with a separate tenant from the in-law unit. Water and washer/dryer will be included, but PG&E and garbage will be Tenant's responsibility. Small dogs/cats may be negotiated for an additional deposit. No section 8.
