The TV area is pre-plumbed with Coax and Cat 6, enabling fast internet for streaming Netflix (also included) and other apps. A Tivo DVR is also included and is compatible with over-the-air TV (roof-mounted antenna included) and Cable (cable would require tenant to purchase subscription). The TV is paired with a 5.1 Surround Sound system (the left, center, and right channel speakers will be bracketted with the TV, and two recessed in-ceiling speakers serve the left/right rear surround channels. The subwoofer is placed at the front. The speakers will be amplified by a Denon receiver). All other furniture to be supplied by tenant. Storage & Parking: There is plenty of storage in the crawl space above the unit. There is plenty of curbside parking; driveway parking can be negotiated for an additional fee; no covered parking options are available for rent. On-Site Laundry is available for tenant's use. *Microwave, TV, and floating media cabinet to be installed by landloard prior to move-in date* Landlord lives in front SFR. Long-Term Rental ; Rent for tenants on a 6, 9, or 12 month lease is $1575, with an additional $125 per month for utilities (Internet, Electricity, Water, and Trash). $1,700 total. The studio is partially furnished with a TV, 5.1 surround sound, refrigerator, and queen sized bed. Short-Term Rental ; The city of Norwalk is centrally located within LA Metro, and is home to the Los Angeles County Registrar, Superior Court of California, and Cerritos College. Additionally, it is close to major airports, universities, beaches, ports, and entertainment venues. Short-term lease options are negotiable for those who may use these services on a limited but recurring basis. Example: An out-of-town lawyer might visit the courthouse Monday through Wednesday each week. A lease can be negotiated to reserve and book these 12 days for the lawyer, and the remaining days would remain available for similar agreements with other tenants. The studio would remain fully furnished, cleaned, and stocked in such an agreement. Rent would be calculated on a $ / per night rate with no charges for utilities. In either agreement, there is plenty of curbside parking. Driveway parking can be negotiated for an additional fee. There are no covered spaces available for rent.
